User Agreement

sport4africa, penny4apound, zeekoo.com and FindersFee.co.uk (The "Sites") value your trust and will take every effort to maintain that trust.

This statement should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Statement.     

The Sites may alter this statement at any time.

The Sites site and services are provided 'as is' and The Sites and its suppliers and co-brand partners expressly disclaim all warranties or conditions of any kind ( expressed, implied or statutory), including without limitation the implied warranties of title non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the foregoing The Sites does not promise or warrant to you that any aspect of the sites and system will work properly or will be available continuously.

The Sites will not be liable  for loss of profit or other damage in the use of The Sites in what form whatsoever, either The Sites themselves or third parties.

The Sites does not allow the wrongful use of The Sites, gathering information without the consent of The Sites or third parties where applicable or in anyway to interfere with the working of this sites to produce the services of The Sites.

Users can be prohibited from using The Sites if The Sites decide the user has misused or abused the use of The Sites and the rights given to the user by the use of The Sites.

This agreement supersede all other user agreements and this agreement and alterations shall prevail. And where applicable United Kingdom law will be the law followed under this agreement.
